Ukulele Summers


Join us for Ryckman Piano’s classic, Ukulele Summers! It is a 4-week introduction to music program where we will learn rhythm basics, do a bit of singing and dancing, play musical games, and learn to play the ukulele! At the end of the program, we will have a small recital, and each child will receive a certificate of completion.

  • These classes are open to ages 4 and up, with age groups being put together, and for children ages 6 and under, parents are required to stay for the duration of the group.

  • The program has an early bird registration discount until June 15th, 2026; regular price is $180, early bird price is $160 for the whole program! (Please note that this is paid up front, and there are no make-up classes if you miss a week).

  • All class supplies are provided by Ryckman Piano (i.e., books, stickers, lesson notebooks, etc).

  • If you need to purchase a ukulele, Ryckman Piano has a few available to purchase ($60-75/ukulele, depending on the one you choose). Alternatively, you can find some decent little ones on Amazon and we recommend a Mahalo Soprano Ukulele as they are perfectly decent beginners’ instruments.

  • This program will run weekly, on Tuesdays, from July 7th-28th

  • Ages 4-6: 9:00 AM class time

  • Ages 7-10: 10:00 AM class time

  • Ages 11+: 11:00 AM class time
